P&S Shine All High Performance Dressing is a water-based exterior dressing formulated to be used as a high-performance tyre dressing. It will produce a brilliant high-gloss shine to your tyres and exterior surfaces. However, if you want a more discreet, satin finish, you can dilute Shine All to fit your desired results or you can wipe down treated surfaces with a microfibre towel to produce your desired finish.
